Chris Owens
GLOBAL HEAD OF GOALKEEPING
Chris is a young and upcoming coach who already possesses a wealth of experience of working with youth footballers. He has coached both outfield and goalkeepers for Liverpool FC International Academy all around the globe and is currently a goalkeeper coach at Liverpool FC Academy in Kirkby. In 2019 Chris was also appointed the Liverpool FC Women’s U21 Goalkeeper coach. He is a holder of the UEFA B Licence in coaching goalkeepers and has over 8 years playing experience at Academy level to his name.
Chris is 7 Elite Academy’s Head of Goalkeeping and will support our coaches around the world, as well as offering specialist training to 7 Elite Academy goalkeepers.
