Our Player Pathway offers young people opportunities to reach their potential through a structured programme of high-quality training, worldwide travel, partnerships with professional clubs and college education.

The programme starts at Pre-Academy for Under-4 to Under-7 players with a fun introduction to football, and runs throughout the ages groups to Under-18 level with AFC Liverpool.

Each phase of development is designed to maximise the players’ potential with age-specific coaching, educational courses and advice from professional football staff.

Our global network of coaches, players and scouts mean we can access opportunities across football and education in the United Kingdom, United States, Africa and Australia.

Player Pathway includes an exchange programme that regularly offers travel to college showcase tournaments in the USA, with US-based players travelling to academies here in the UK.

Over the last five years, over 20 players from 7 Elite Academy UK have travelled across the Atlantic and received full scholarship offers from some of the best colleges.

We have also seen countless players take up contract offers with professional clubs across the North-West. Just a few weeks ago, one of our graduates – Josh Miles – signed a three-year professional contract with Blackpool.
