By registering a player with 7 Elite Academy UK (“the Academy,” “we,” “us”) via our website (https://uk.7eliteacademy.com) or in person, the parent or legal guardian (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Academy.
Age Requirements: Players must meet the age criteria for their respective age groups as defined by the Academy and relevant league affiliations.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including medical history and emergency contact details.
Parental Consent: All players under the age of 18 must have these terms accepted by a parent or legal guardian.
Subscription Fees: Monthly or seasonal academy fees must be paid via our designated secure payment platform.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay fees by the specified due date may result in the temporary suspension of the player from training and matches.
Kit and Equipment: Fees for mandatory training kits and equipment are separate from tuition fees and are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable. Discretionary refunds for long-term injury or relocation may be considered upon written request to Academy administration.
The Academy prides itself on a high standard of professional behavior.
Players: Must show respect to coaches, officials, and teammates. Bullying or unsporting behavior will not be tolerated.
Parents/Guardians: Must adhere to the “Sideline Code of Conduct,” refraining from coaching from the sidelines or using abusive language toward officials or staff.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a player’s registration immediately, without refund, for serious or persistent breaches of conduct by either the player or the parent/guardian.
Inherent Risk: You acknowledge that football is a contact sport and carries an inherent risk of injury.
Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, 7 Elite Academy UK, its coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during training, matches, or travel.
Insurance: The Academy maintains standard public liability insurance as required by the FA; however, parents are encouraged to maintain their own private health or accident insurance for the player.
Duty of Care: The Academy follows strict FA Safeguarding Children policies. All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks.
Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Academy staff to seek professional medical treatment for the player if a parent/guardian cannot be reached immediately.
Eligibility: Selection for international events (e.g., tournaments in the USA or Europe) is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff.
Additional Terms: Participation in travel events may be subject to additional specific terms, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and supplemental costs.
Brand Protection: The “7 Elite Academy” name, logo, and training methodologies are the intellectual property of the Academy. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Notice Period: To cancel your membership and stop recurring payments, you must provide [e.g., 30 days] written notice via email to the Academy administration.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
