Summer Youth Tournament launches
7 Elite Academy is inviting grassroots teams from across the UK to its Summer Youth Tournament at Litherland Sports Park on August 17-20.
The event will be staged for clubs in the Under-5/6 through to Under-11 age brackets and follows on from a successful Easter Youth Tournament in April.
Teams and families can look forward to a day of football in a fun environment, with music, food and entertainment for everyone to enjoy.
Oliver Byrne, Junior Head Coach at 7 Elite Academy UK, said: “Summer tournaments are a brilliant way to get the team together and enjoy a relaxed day of football.
“The games are always competitive, but are played in a fun and lively atmosphere, so everyone has a great day out.
“We will also have food, music and entertained, so all the family will be catered for. It’s going to be a great few days!”
The event will begin with games for Under-6s and Under-7s on Monday, August 17th, before moving through the age groups to finish with Under-7/8 3V3 and Under-12s on August 20th.
Olly added: “Our Easter Tournament attracted teams from across the North-West of England and Wales, so we are looking forward to more of the same this summer.
“There is no better way to prepare for the new season with games with your mates against teams of similar standard. We’re really looking forward to it!”
Entry ranges from just £65 to £75 per team depending on age group, or just £40 per team for the Under-7/8 3v3. Teams can also secure an early place by paying a deposit of just £20.
All finalists will receive medals, with trophies for all winners.
No registered CAT 1 or CAT 2 Academy players are permitted to participate in the tournament for U9s and older.
