7 Elite Academy UK has been named Club of the Year by Liverpool Football Association in the Grassroots Football Awards.
The prestigious honour was confirmed after 7 Elite Academy UK was nominated as finalists alongside Bootle Bucks and Sirens FC.
The award will be officially handed out during a glittering ceremony later this year, with other categories for clubs and coaches from across the region.
7 Elite Academy UK is part of a global youth football network that includes academies and educational facilities in the United States and South Africa.
It runs teams at all age levels at Litherland Sports Park, from Pre Academy through to senior football with Marine AFC Reserves.
The Grassroots Football Awards are an opportunity to shine a light on the people who make grassroots football such a hugely positive part of their communities across the UK.
7 Elite Academy UK has close working links with EFL academies across the North-West, alongside a Player Pathway partnership with National League club Marine AFC.
Players also get the chance to tour the United States every February to play in high-profile international tournaments and tour local colleges.
