Our heritage as an academy rests on employing the best, most highly qualified staff in a structure that mirrors professional academies across the world. We identify the needs of players at an early stage and tailor our coaching programme to reflect these needs throughout a player’s time with us. Our staff hold some of the highest qualifications in global soccer, including UEFA, FA and USSF.

Player safety is our highest priority. We run stringent checks on all staff, paid and unpaid, to ensure the young people who train with us can do so in a completely safe and supportive environment. Our staff are all trained in first aid, with clear and concise policies to make sure players are cared for to the highest standards, should an injury occur.

As a world-class soccer academy, we can call on resources from across the globe to ensure players enjoy the best possible support. We have full-time staff across Utah, as well as indoor facilities and fantastic outdoor fields. We work closely with colleges in Utah and further afield to make sure young people who train with us can also access college scholarships at the best institutions. On a global basis, we have close working relationships with professional clubs and academies that mean we can offer opportunities for players to train, live and study in the UK and Europe.

Our curriculum runs at every training location we run across Utah and in the United Kingdom. This ensures all players follow the same training plans, theories and skills development program to exacting and professional standards. We use professional coaching tools, including The Coaches Voice and Sport Session Planner, to create a positive learning environment where players can thrive and achieve their ambitions.

7 Elite Academy UK is a professional youth football academy based in Liverpool, offering coaching and development for players aged 5–19. Our academy provides a structured pathway for players to grow in football, education, and personal development, while connecting with opportunities both in the UK and internationally.

We operate primarily from Litherland Sports Park in Liverpool, with additional training locations across Merseyside. Our facilities include high-quality pitches and professional training environments designed to help young players reach their potential.

Any player between the ages of 5 and 19 who is passionate about football can join. We welcome boys and girls of all abilities, from grassroots beginners to advanced players aiming to progress into elite and professional pathways.

Unlike traditional grassroots clubs, 7 Elite Academy offers:

•   An English FA Accredited programme with safeguarding, coaching, and development standards
•   Access to UEFA-qualified coaches and professional training environments
•   Opportunities to travel internationally, including tournaments and training in the USA

·   A focus on player development both on and off the pitch.

Yes. We work closely with professional, semi-professional football clubs in the UK and the USA, as well as universities and international partners. Our players benefit from a clear pathway to showcase their talent in front of scouts, coaches, and recruiters.

Yes. Every year, our UK players have the chance to travel to the United States to compete in the 7 Elite International Tournament in Utah and Nevada. This gives players the opportunity to experience international competition and be seen by American college coaches.
